For the first time in almost twenty years, the Toronto Blues Society’s hugely successful Women’s Blues Revue will be hitting the road and thrilling audiences in St. Catharines and Oakville.

Inaugurated in 1987 by the Toronto Blues Society, The Women’s Blues Revue is an annual event that draws hundreds of fans to Massey Hall for an evening of the finest female blues talent this country can offer.  Coupled with a CBC recording and broadcast on the national blues program Saturday Night Blues, the Women’s Blues Revue reaches thousands of music fans across the country every year.

Expanding on this success, the Women’s Blues Revue roadshow will give blues fans outside of Toronto the chance to experience all the excitement of the evening firsthand.

The show has a long-standing tradition of showcasing the best women’s blues from new faces to established artists, and this roadshow is no exception.

Headlining vocalists Rita Chiarelli, Serena Rider, and Suzie Vinnick will join Margaret Stowe (guitar), Michelle Josef (drums), Colleen Allen (sax), Sarah McElcheran (trumpet), and band leader/keyboardist Lily Sazz and combine their amazing musical talents for a rockin’ evening that will be sure to make audiences feel the blues!

Ticket information is available at the above websites.
