PPrairie Music Week Prairie Music Week (PMW) is the primary event presented by the Prairie Music Alliance (PMA). Each year, PMW is held in a different host province. In 1999, it was in Winnipeg, in 2000 it was in Saskatoon, and in 2001, PMW traveled to Edmonton, Alberta. Now in 2002, it is returning to Winnipeg.
