A Message from Ian Angus

Dear Blues Lovers:

This the last “Top Blues” list I will compile for Mapleblues. I have decided to leave blues radio, so that I can to devote more time to my family (especially our year old granddaughter!) and other activities.

My last show on CIUT will be Thursday, September 27, but CIUT will still deliver the blues every week. Beginning Thursday October 4, John Valenteyn will host Let the Good Times Roll! every week. He has invited me to join him on air from time to time, and I’ll be very glad to do that.

And you’ll see me often at live blues events in the Toronto and Ottawa areas.

Thank you for your support and encouragement over many years. It’s been an exciting and rewarding time, and I know I’ll miss it ...
Keep on keeping the blues alive!
