TBS TALENT SEARCH CALL FOR ENTRIES:

A screening panel will choose six acts, each of whom will perform one live showcase set in the finals, to be staged at the Celebrate Toronto Street Festival on July 8th.

The winning act will receive a special showcases at the Celebrate Toronto Street Festival on July 9th, the South Side Shuffle on September 10th, and the Blues Summit in January 2007. In addition, the winners will receive a professional development package including a live CBC recording, studio time at Bass-Line Studios, and a photo shoot with Rick Zolkower.

To enter: Send a cassette or CD with three songs selected (material must have been recorded within the past two years.) Make sure the recording is clearly labelled, and include a bio, photo and contact information, including mailing address and phone number. Enclose entry fee of $15 (cheques payable to the Toronto Blues Society), and mail to:

Your CD should have been recorded within the last 2 years without national distribution.
Previous finalists are not eligible.
